Nicole Winn

I am originally from Michigan and transplanted to Myrtle Beach in 2004 to focus my education and career path at Coastal Carolina University. I majored in my true passion, Professional Golf Management with a bachelor’s in business. After I received my PGA accreditation, my life has been geared towards helping others and teaching the game of golf. I have discovered another passion and am dedicated to helping buyer’s find their forever home and keep my seller’s experience smooth and hassle free.

 There are four characteristics that were strongly engrained in me starting at a young age. My enthusiasm, integrity, respect for others and professionalism are the areas I believe to be invaluable. I will create an enjoyable and exciting experience accomplishing your personal desires in real estate and will work hard to create long lasting relationships with my clients. Living in the Myrtle Beach area for nearly 20 years I can tell you firsthand that Myrtle Beach has a multitude of things to offer and is becoming one of the most rapidly evolving beach areas you are sure to love!

Outside of the work world I spend all my free time with my 4-year-old son Westyn. He enjoys all sports, and we stay incredibly active creating new and exciting memories. I enjoy being on the golf course, traveling with family and I have learned very quickly that life is short so make the most of it every day!
