Terri Ann Furlong

Terri Ann Furlong brings her 15 years of experience in Customer Service and Personal Lines Insurance as well as 17 years of being a Public School Bus Driver, the last 3 years of driving, right here in Horry County.  As a School Bus Driver, she has learned how to multitask, demonstrate patience & guidance, be detail-oriented & proactive as well as be a strong proponent for her students.  Adding energetic customer service skills & insurance background to the equation, Terri Ann has the know how to be a strong advocate for her clients.

Terri Ann recognizes that buying and selling real estate can be very stressful.  Her goal as YOUR real estate agent is to make the process as stress free and seamless as possible.  She believes constant communication with her clients is key because “Knowledge is Power”, along with providing the best information and market data available for her clients to make informed decisions.

Terri Ann and her husband, Greg relocated to Conway SC from Edgewood Md in 2017.  They are natives of Maryland but had always vacationed here in Horry County and knew this was where they wanted to live.  She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her 3 dogs, going to the beach, swimming, gardening and spending time in downtown Conway.
